Job Description: Title: Stellent/Oracle Content Manager Developer/Administrator Location: Denver, CO Type: Full Time Filed: IT Compensation: DOE (Base + Benefits) Purpose/Objective:
Growing strategically and this position is key to addressing some of the toughest enterprise software challenges. We are seeking an Stellent/Oracle Content Manager to lead the effort to create, implement, and foster an integration strategy that supports a plan to revolutionize our industry.
As the Oracle Stellent Content Manager you will be responsible for understanding critical business objectives and establishing a vision and systematic implementation program to fulfill collaboration needs and the management of web and enterprise content. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, deep understanding of Content Management (CM) solutions, and strong Business Process and Change Management skills. The Oracle Stellent Content Manager will engage with leadership across the divisions, business units, and must rationalize myriad objectives and constraints across various stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities include (other duties may be assigned):
• Define and communicate the strategic direction and vision. Link to Business Unit and Divisional leadership to ensure that their future strategic directions are folded into a common strategy and roadmap. • Gather and document technical requirements and design Oracle Universal Content Management or Stellent solution that meets defined requirements. • Design, install, configure, and test document management solutions to help organizations efficiently capture, store, retrieve, share and manage documents and information. • Write and execute test plans and scripts per project requirements. • Link with other IT initiatives to ensure that dependent/related technical requirements are coordinated. • Hold team members accountable for use of standard processes and tools. • Anticipate and identify risks to achieving Content Management program. Roadmap commitments, define/execute mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively to leadership and business stakeholders. • Ensure UCM API’s are developed in accordance with the Application Delivery/Industry best practices.
Required Skills/Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills while deploying solutions and resolving software issues. • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to create high-quality, organized and concise documentation • Strong presentation skills • High level of initiative with the ability to work independently with little or no direction • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines • Demonstrated dependability • Commitment to quality and exceeding expectations
Required Skills
Full understanding of Content Server/UCM security models, including authentication through third party methods.
5 years of core programming experience in ASP or Java (or related technology), as well as a minimum of 1 year of current Stellent/Oracle development experience.
Strong IDOC scripting skills. Strong HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript and Java Applet skills. Strong ASP or Java programming skills
Required Certifications or Degrees Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
