Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Estimate and manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously; may be managing 8-10 jobs at any given time.
JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
• Estimating.
• Project management and purchasing skills.
• Sales/customer satisfaction.
• Ability to react quickly to request of field associates and client needs.
Job Requirements:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior working experience in the field is ideal.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Computer skills, estimating, and knowledge of the documentation that is associated with a construction project.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A minimum of a high school degree is required. Further education is desirable.
