Job Description:
WORKING LEADMAN/SUPERVISOR
MOBILE HOME INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
HOURS: FULL TIME
REQUIREMENTS: Self starter, Dependable and Responsible;
Self sufficient, motivated individual, will be required to oversee projects in the field as well as physically complete job related duties i.e. Site preparation, Supervise over road hauling/escort, Delivery, Blocking/Leveling mainly in CT, but also in RI & MA,
Can perform all phases of residential home construction including, but not limited to, Plumbing, Electrical, Siding/Skirting; supervision of field workers plus subcontractors; customer interaction, individual will need to layout project for field workers and oversee subcontractors; check and sign for jobsite deliveries;
Maintenance & repairs.
Minimum of five years experience in all phases of construction & overseeing large projects.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Good compensation with medical coverage included.
Company truck and all equipment / tools are supplied.
