Currently, Chubb is seeking a Sr Personal Lines Marketing Specialist for the Boston office.
Position Description: The Personal Lines Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing the growth, profit and producer management responsibilities of the Boston Branch, while managing a group of 40-50 agents with an annual written premium of $45 million. This individual will be accountable for building strong agency relationships in an increasingly competitive marketplace through focused travel, superior service, producer education and prospecting/new business generation. In addition, they will be responsible for analyzing performance for assigned agents and executing business plans to maximize results in support of department goals and strategies. Candidate will also have responsibilities including: large account management and reviews, lead source development, monitoring of competitor activities and analyzing market trends.
Job Requirements: Requirements Competencies/Tech Skills: Minimum of three years personal lines underwriting/marketing experience. Solid technical knowledge including policy forms and regulatory environment. Excellent sales and negotiating skills a must. Exceptional oral and written communication ability as well as effective presentation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of agency management and business planning techniques.
Bachelor Degree Preferred
