Job Description
We are The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc., an Ohio based recruiting firm specializing in engineers and other hi-tech and manufacturing professionals. We are currently conducting a search for an aviation industry client of ours for their Southwestern Ohio division. The position is an Business Development Manager and it is a direct-hired, full time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will interface with customers to understand their requirements, evaluate technical alternatives and cost tradeoffs, and prepare proposals, white papers and briefings for presentation to customers.

Job Requirements:
Primary Requirements:
7+ years of experience within the military contracting industry
4-year engineering degree
Experience with order completion
Business/technical tradeoff analyses
Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Able to receive secret clearance.
The individual should be a self-starter, creative thinker, results oriented, and interact well with others. Occasional travel will be required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
