Ad Operations Specialist
Location: San Francisco, CA
A fast growing and exciting social networking organization is looking for a talented and experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join the San Francisco team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the overall management of the daily trafficking, optimization, and reporting of campaigns.
* Put in place the necessary infrastructure to support the sales organization as well as assist in the closing and execution of deals ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Research, draft, and create operational procedures and best practices (e.g. process map, process documentation, etc.)
* Oversee the testing of all rich media creatives for possible script errors on imeem across all browsers.
* Assist in refining our ad unit standards, specifications, and media kit satisfying the needs of advertisers within the market place.
* Support technical development, testing, and implementation of our future advertising formats and technologies.
Job Requirements:
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years experience; preferably 2+ years in online or advertising operations/production
* Strong analytical and technical skills (html / JavaScript / Flash / XML)
* Proficiency with ad server systems such as DART DFP
* Working knowledge of all third party rich media vendors
* Knowledge of internet advertising and industry best practices
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Strong process management and multi-tasking abilities
* Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
