Job Description:
Reputable Electric Motor Manufacturer in the San Gabriel Valley area is seeking a highly skilled CNC Horizontal Machinist for a temp to full time opportunity. This is a great opportunity to join a winning organization!!
CNC Horizontal Machinist will set up and operate CNC Machines to manufacturer parts per blue prints. Duties will include set up and operate Niigata Mills CNC to manufacture parts and the ability program Niigata Mills. CNC Horizontal Machinist will be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of tooling and fixtures. Will also inspect all parts during and upon completion of machining to meet quality standards.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Three years experience as C.N.C Horizontal Four Axis. Knowledge of all inspection equipment to perform job duties. Knowledge of basic shop math.
• Ability to work to .0002" tolerance.
• Ability to read blueprints and use standard machine shop tools: O.D. and depth Micrometers, venire.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor lead person and other employees. Must have own tools required to do the job.
• CNC G&M Codes a plus!!
• Horizontal Mill 4 Axis Niigata experience a plus!!
