Job Description:
Premier Wall Street Global Asset Manager Leader seeks an exceptional individual to join their Alternative Investments Marketing team. You will have a unique opportunity to work closely on real estate related private equity funds and other investment vehicles. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years experience within the finance and/or commercial real estate industry (preferably at an asset management company)
Specific Responsibilities:
· Complete requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for information (RFI) for real estate funds and alternative investment products
· Liaise with various departments to obtain information/data for RFPs
· Organize statistical data by utilizing various analytical databases in order to comply with questionnaire specifications
· Create various marketing materials
Job Requirements:
· Previous experience writing RFPs and/or creating marketing materials is a must
· Highly developed written communication with excellent editing skills
· Knowledge of the institutional investment management business is highly preferable
· Bachelor's degree
