Job Description: Senior Oracle HRMS Business Systems Analyst for fantastic FTE opportunity with Leading Technology Innovator. Silicon Valley, CA - FT - Target salary $140K or more D.O.E Job Description: • As part of the IT organization, serve as the IT business partner and customer relationship manager for HR. • The main point-of-contact for HR into IT to insure the level of service meets or exceeds business requirements and to insure two-way flow of communications. • Work with HR to define priorities for projects, requests for enhancements, and service requests and set expectations for IT delivery. • Drive business case and cost/benefit analysis to determine proper scope for success. • Work with diverse business stakeholders to identify and document business processes and requirements. • Recommend feasible solutions to complex HR business problems using creativity in evaluating alternative approaches while insuring adherence to technological and architectural standards. • Research and recommend best practices for application of information technologies to HR business processes. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and insure functional and design specifications meet business requirements. • Assist in the development of use cases and test plans and manage UAT activities. • Provide project management services including creation/management of project plans, resource plans, budget management, status reporting, etc. • Serve as a team leader for implementation projects. • Comply with IT processes and procedures for project management, change control, etc.
Job Requirements: Qualifications: • 7+ years professional experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Business Systems Analyst in support of HR. • B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i HR and Benefits modules including functionality, configuration, and high-level technical architecture, preferably in a global environment. • Comprehensive understanding of HR business processes and the ability to creatively identify opportunities for optimization through system solutions. • Experience with full project life cycle management and IT development life cycle management. • Experience facilitating business process workshops, and creating business requirements documents, business process flows, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans. • Excellent written and verbal communications. • Self-motivated with an ability to work with minimal direction. • Ability to drive consensus amongst diverse business stakeholders. • Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment. • Strong team player and leadership skills
