Job Description:
Client Service Analyst – Personal Lines Insurance

This position is responsible for sales of new policies, counseling existing and potential clients with respect to their insurance needs, applying proper underwriting guidelines and effective risk evaluations. You will be assisting people who have incurred auto or home accidents.

Job Requirements:
This position requires excellent listening skills and communication skills, strong client service orientation, organization and time management skills, analytical and detailed-oriented, experience in an on-line environment, minimum one year call-centre or customer service experience.

You are accountable for exercising sound judgment in accepting insurance risks and applying appropriate underwriting rules and rates. Encouraging clients participation in new products and services where needs are identified. You will provide professional, responsive service to clients. You will be asked to timely process abeyances and suspended transactions. Demonstrating and supporting a commitment to team work.

This position provides all necessary training including the General Insurance Level one preparation class.
