Job Description:
The Account Executive position is an outside sales position based out of the broadcast facility in Silver Spring, Maryland. Account Sales Executives are experienced media sales professionals able to generate revenue from local and regional advertisers and advertising agencies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in advertising sales. We are looking for a self starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing a client base.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years Advertising Sales experience with proven success. Strong sales skills. Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of marketing dynamics including demographic and psychographic targeting and branding positions.
Results oriented, accountable, strong work ethic, strong team player.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4 year college degree, preferably Marketing and Advertising.
