Project Architect
An experienced Project Architect capable of reading and understanding engineering documents is needed to join HBE Corporation.
HBE Corporation is the national leader in the design and construction of medical facilities. If you are an Architect with the ability to guide projects, understand specifications, and be a multi-tasker, become the Project Architect at HBE Corporation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all engineering drawings (civil, structural, mechanical, etc) with the architectural and interior design drawings.
- Manage drafting personnel assigned to the project.
- Be responsible for the thoroughness, accuracy and adequacy of the detailed working drawings and specifications.
- Perform code review and research while maintaining an architect’s project book, production records on progress and issues of the project, and record changes during construction administration period.
Requirements:
- Bachelors of Science in Architecture and 8+ years experience as a Project Architect (RA preferred).
- Manage multiple projects in various stages of completion.
- Able to design and develop drawings with AutoCAD.
- Extraordinary organizational skills and communication skills.
