Job Requirements:
In the role of Program Manager, you will be responsible for preparing cost and margin analysis, design changes, upgrades, and material liability for value added services. Additionally, the Program Manager will be the focal point for customer communication, expectations, and problem solving. You will work closely with Procurement and Materials to track status within the manufacturing process. You will also work with the customer to identify new and upcoming programs.
The qualified candidate for Program Manager MUST have:
* 5 + years of related EMS industry experience.
* 5 + years experience as an Account Manager or Program Manager.
* Complex assembly experience (cables, PCBA, electro-mechanical).
* Strong planning, organization, and problem solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.
* Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
