Technical Application Development Lead- JAVA/J2EE/DB2 Application including mainframe data migration
Primary responsibilities of this position include: Technical Lead for Application Development team.
Activities included overall Technical Lead for the development, modification and implementation of a Java/J2EE application and data migration from legacy DB2 to a distributed Oracle database structure. Will work closely with system architects, IT Project Manager, and other IT management and staff.
Technical Skills Required:
Providing technical leadership to developers for a large application project * Minimum 3 years experience.
Experience in Enforcing formal Development Architecture
Java/J2EE/Oracle,EJB3, JPA, WAS 6.x, RSA 7.x, Struts development skills and experience.
Application development problem resolution experience
Additional Required Skills:
Good verbal & written communication. Ability to logically analyze complex processes & programs. Ability to understand business processes & to be customer focused. Ability to lead development team for large project to meet implementation timeline.
Unified Modeling Language (UML) experience
Rational Unified Process (RUP) experience
Java Development Skills
