Job Description:
1. Two or more years of development experience using Struts.
2. Five or more years experience working in a multi-tier Web infrastructure.
3. Two or more years experience with DBUnit and JUnit.
4. One or more years direct experience with Hibernate.
5. One or more years direct experience with Spring.
6. Five or more years working experience with Java, JavaServer Pages, and Java Servlets, specifically involved in the design and development of web-based J2EE applications using n-tier architectures.
7. Excellent documentation skills.
8. Two or more years experience working on a government web based system.
9. Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Job Requirements:
1. One or more years of direct development experience with Hibernate and Spring.
2. Five or more years experience with object-oriented design and analysis, web application development, and component-based development.
3. Five or more years working experience with Java, JavaServer Pages, and Java Servlets, specifically involved in the design and development of web-based J2EE applications using n-tier architectures.
4. Two or more years direct experience developing in WebSphere Portal 5.0 or higher. (This does not include administration experience).
