This position requires you to have a quiet workplace in your home, free of outside noise, where you will answer and solve customer enquiries using your home computer.

You need to have high speed Internet access, preferably broadband, and a traditional phone line. There is absolutely no telesales or outbound calling involved.

You will gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and thoroughly document the reason for the call.

Our current openings require the ability to work 25-30 hours per week.

All shifts require that you are available to work both Saturday or Sunday.
This doesn't mean that you will be scheduled every Saturday or Sunday, but your availablility on weekends is needed.

All training period is paid! and the lenght of it might depend on the client. It is important that you attend each and every training session, you will be learning a lot of new and vital information.

6 months work experience in sales and customer service is always a plus
