Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
1) Lead the design process on large-scale corporate, transportation and hospitality projects within the architecture and design studio
2) Create innovative designs solutions
3) Lead talented and enthusiastic design teams
4) Establish strong client relationships (from the interview process and beyond)
5) Mentor/teach juniors
6) Work as an integral part of the company’s international team
Job Requirements:
1) BS/BA in Architecture or Engineering
2) Registered Architect in the state of California
3) 15+ years of experience in developing innovative design solutions
5) Experience as well as ability to lead neighborhood and public forum meetings
6) Large-scale mixed-use project experience (international experience a plus)
7) Experience in leading a design team as well as mentoring skills
8) Superb hand-rendering skills and expertise in computer graphics (Revit and AutoCAD)
