Job Description:
Audits transactions, reconciles plans and creates/audits report for the daily defined contribution (DC) unit. The person in this role is responsible for the accurate, ethical and holistic record keeping of the financial aspects of assigned plans. In addition, this role may handle special projects.

Job Requirements:

• Identify, research and correct balance discrepancies and causes.
• Ensure trades, disbursements and share transfers are executed timely.
• Make account adjustments.
• Process dividends and price adjustments.
• Process fund changes.
• Produce, review and revise quarterly statements.
• Audit and reconcile various plan and participant accounts
• Perform and Audit manual adjustments.
• Verify price changes and synthetic fund calculations.
• Understand DC transactions, Trust relationship and basic accounting principles, and financial cause and effect of financial/trade movements.
• Project management for special/complex reconciliation issues, fund changes, QDROs, special money transfers and other ad hoc projects.
• Provide plan external audit assistance.
• Support team members and team goals.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and Milliman team members.
• Deliver the highest quality of service to clients, associates and management.
• Demonstrate professional conduct within the team and with the internal and external partners.
• Respond to internal and external partners in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively communicate with all key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• 2 years required experience.
• Previous audit/reconciliation experience.
• Must possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to handle multiple priorities with success
• Thorough understanding of DC plan concepts and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Highly sensitive to meeting/exceeding deadlines.
• Omni systems experience (Omni Manager, Omni Trade, Omni Pay, etc.)
• 10-key by touch.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Familiar with Word.
• Reliable.
• Effective time management.
• Excellent written skills.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong problem solver.
• Able to effectively multi-task.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Able to work with time-sensitive material and meet multiple deadlines.
• Effective prioritization skills.
