Essential Functions
·Market pricing and analysis of executive pay programs
·Develop and estimate cost of policy proposals to the Board
·Prepare presentations to the Compensation Committee of the Board
·Develop, design, communicate executive salary, bonus, and equity programs
·Draft section of Seagate proxy — Compensation Discussion and Analysis

BA/BS in Business, HR, or related area MBA Preferred
Excellent written presentation skills and effective verbal communication skills
Advanced quantitative and modeling skills in MS Excel
Financial reporting
CCP certification preferred
Understanding of the regulatory environment and issues for executive pay
