Job Description:
DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a SAP team leader with a specific focus on the OP (Operations Planning) module; (2) Mapping and driving end to end business process flows; (3) Project management; (4) SAP OP configuration; (5) Requirements gathering; (6) Developing functional specifications; (7) Business process modeling using the Business Process Modeling Language (BPML).

Job Requirements:
Must have STRONG/CURRENT SAP OP (Operations Planning) module experience with one of the following: Quality Management (QM) or Plant Maintenance (PM) or SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Production Planning (PP) or Materials Management (MM) or Long Term Planning (PLM) or Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).

Must have STRONG/CURRENT SAP OP configuration experience.

Must have STRONG/CURRENT leadership experience in a SAP environment acting as a team leader or project leader or project manager. Must have strong project management skills utilizing PMI or Six Sigma or ASAP or similar.

Must have STRONG/CURRENT experience gathering requirements and developing functional specifications.

Must have strong/current knowledge of manufacturing operations.

Must have proven experience mapping and driving end to end business process flows.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pluses: APICS certification.
