Job Description:
Duties: You will supervise developers, developing the processes and applications for web based systems utilizing application server, web and portal based technology, develop strategies, frameworks and processes to support the requirements of the enterprise. You will ensure best practices in building application systems, create and support application utilizing standard development languages, streamline development process and build automation of migration and mentoring in the infrastructure to reduce production support overhead. You will develop work plans, and integrate them into larger project plans, escalate and communicate system outages, assure documentation and mentor others. You will still be approximately 20% hands on.
Job Requirements:
Required: Developing Java applications as technical lead of developers, enterprise application server environment, developed EJB Java frameworks, still hands on Java. Developed standards, Unix experience.
