Job Description:
DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) The EDI mapping lifecycle; (2) Design and development of inbound and outbound maps for Gentran and/or GIS; (3) Set up, scripting, connectivity, and configuration of business systems and translators; (4) EDI testing; (5) Deployment to productive systems; (6) Maintenance, enhancements, and fixes required for productive operations; (7) Documentation of new map changes and new map development; (8) Building implementation guides with EDISIM. ***You will be fully cross-trained in anything that you do not know.
Job Requirements:
MUST have a very outgoing personality and have terrific customer facing skills, with a passion for delivering quality and making exceeding expectations.
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT communications experience and it MUST include: AS2, FTP, VAN services, monitoring and reporting.
Pluses: Gentran. EDISIM. GIS. EDIFACT & TRADACOMS (APERAK - Order Acknowledgement, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC). SAP R/3/IDOCs, SAP QTC business process, and workflow. ANSI x12 transactions (810, 812, 820, 844, 845, 849, 850, 852, 855, 856, 861, 862).
