Candidate will oversee high volume call center which focuses on Mortgage inquiries and complaints.

- Monitor phone calls for quality and training purposes.
- Avaya phone System and Call Center application experience preferred.
- Monitor employees attendance and track employees training a performance.
- Prepare call center reports and provide to upper management.
- Special projects as assigned by Manager.
- Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage servicing.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual preferred.

- Flexible and able to work well under pressure.
- Must have the ability to resolve issues and conflicts with customers
