Responsibilities: You will develop the performance evaluation program for functions within the unit, monitor and document employee performance, provide ongoing feedback regarding levels of performance and formally evaluate employees in relation to performance. Knowledge of an automated Fleet Maintenance System is strongly preferred. Qualifications: You must give a complete job history on your application and make sure you put your qualifying experience on your application in order to be considered for this position - no exceptions. Graduation from high school or possession of a GED Certificate required. Three years of automotive servicing experience conducting the servicing and minor repair work on automotive equipment.
