The successful candidate will be a talented and motivated professional interested in creating residential environments for the Elderly. This individual will work with multi-discipline teams from the design, documentation through construction for skilled nursing. Assisted living and independent living facilities. Position Requirements: MArch or BArch from an accredited university 8-10 years of experience leading multiple projects simultaneously Prior experience in planning & design. Previous experience leading a team of professionals Excellent design and contract documentation skills. Experience with AutoCAD 2002 and SketchUp and proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint required. Revit experience a plus. Experience with Freehand and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Licensure desired LEED accreditation desirable Commitment to Senior Living and sustainable design.
