Job Description:
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years recent and current experience working as a Project Manager in a commercial Architecture Firm. Residential background is not desirable for this position. Broad background of projects, including exposure to commercial office facilities, retail buildings, healthcare, hospitality and educational structures. Client programming, team leadership and mentoring of junior staff members. Significant experience in construction administration; ability to run a project through process and direct staff. Excellent communication skills, ability to assemble bid packages and proposals, effective client programming for the purposes of coordination and accuracy. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
