The Opportunity
We are seeking several Associate Account Representatives to work in our Westborough location. This position involves telephone contact to service existing accounts and increase sales by offering additional policies when appropriate. The Requirements
Candidates should have previous customer service and some sales experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work well with others. Must be able to pass state insurance license exam and meet continuing education requirements. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer keyboard skills of 35 wpm as well as letter writing and computer processing. Previous insurance background is a plus. Comprehensive training is provided.
The Compensation
Starting salary is $14.84 per hour plus bonuses and generous benefit package.
