We have been retained by our client, in their search for Service Desk Analyst, this is a Full time 3+ month contract role, Located in Rochester, NY. Start Date ASAP
Hours are M-F 8am-5pm, there may be an occasional weekend coverage needed.

Hourly rate is $11-12/hr

Ideal candidate will be a self starter with a high sense of urgency. This position is for a great company with opportunity for growth and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service on a wide range of technical issues to members, providers, and brokers in a busy call center environment.
• Perform password resets for all Web portal features.
• Enter all calls and related information in the trouble ticketing system.
• Assists members with Web site navigation.
• Offer and provide any follow up phone calls and/or investigation when needed to meet one call resolution targets.
• Responsible for fully and clearly documenting calls, including steps taken and resolution. Responsible for contributing to meeting department and company goals and standard monthly individual goals.
• Work with other departments within the company to resolve questions/issues.
• Able to work in a fast paced call center, being well-organized and able to work easily with coworkers.
• Answer phone and written inquiries completely and accurately within department guidelines for turn around time. Primary interaction with customers will be via telephone, but scope of responsibility may also include responding to e-mail, faxes, or mailed correspondence.
• Ability to help coworkers as needed with questions and investigations.
• Performs other duties as required.

Mandatory Experience/Education:
• Two-year college degree in business or technology or equivalent customer service experience.
