We have been retained by our client in their search for a temporary Customer Service Representative. This temporary position is expected to last until at least the end of 2008, but may be extended longer. Located in Troy, NY. Salary is $12.00/hour.

Position summary:

This position is located in a call center environment within the Claims department. Temporary employees will be responsible for answering inbound calls concerning benefits and claims.

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in a call center environment
Benefit claims experience is preferred, but not required
Strong phone presence, excellent customer service skills needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
