Job Description:
Our client is a local company committed to sustainable design and creative quality, seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to join their growing team, working on a variety of multi-disciplinary graphics projects.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Strong design and graphics background with ability to develop visual communications materials in a timely manner
∙ Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign and Illustrator a must with knowledge of Flash and HTML an asset
∙ Comfortable working in a MAC environment
∙ Work closely with clientele to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects
∙ To be successful, you will understand the vision of pushing boundaries and challenging the predictable
Required Skills & Experience:
∙ Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication
∙ 3+ years experience in a Macintosh design environment
∙ Experience with design, layout and quality control of printed material
∙ Ability to create and produce graphic materials using a range of media, methods, techniques, industry standard software
∙ Work closely with team members or independently, with little supervision
∙Creative flair, powerful structure and balance to everything that they do, where quality and deadlines are a priority
