This position is with a manufacturing facility and will be responsible for all safety and training issues, requirements and regulations for the plant and personnel. Job Requirements:
Education: 4-year degree is required.
Required Skills: 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in the areas of safety and training; good communication and interpersonal skills; OSHA/EPA manufacturing exposure; the ability to do training and development; and must have experience with Workers Compensation. Desired Skills: food safety, Behavior Based safety programs, bilingual in Spanish and/or Somali, exposure or experience in Human Resources administration.
