We recruit for positions ranging from entry level to upper management for leading employers throughout the Northeast. We have been retained by our client in their search for a Recruiting Coordinator. This is a temp to perm opportunity located in downtown Albany. Salary is $15-16/hour, negotiable based on experience.

Position summary:

Receive resumes from Recruiters in response to positions
Perform initial phone screen with candidates
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in state bid preparation to submit candidates
Maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Support the corporate team with various tasks throughout the Recruiting process
Process new hire paperwork and enter new hire information into database
Perform reference checks on candidates in final stages in hiring process
Some administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in a Recruiting or HR Assistant role
Previous experience with Recruiting for the state is ideal but not required
Very strong organizational skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
