Job Description:
Review/maintain Operational Service Level Agreements and supporting vendor contracts related to the same; monitor and manage applications and infrastructure using tools for systems management, network management and event management. Will measure and report service availability for servers, networks, telephony and applications. Perform capacity management/reporting for server, networks, telephony and storage; execute performance management/reporting for applications, servers, networks, telephone and storage. Will be responsible for recommending hardware and/or software upgrades to resolve issues identified through network monitoring; will monitor all service and performance levels to all support software applications; coordinate remediation plans for enterprise wide system issues.
