Staffing of the program office and implementation of program controlsAll aspects of program execution including:Monitoring the progress of the program on a daily basis.Define and maintain the Program Charter.Manage all aspects of program financials including expense and capital.Ensuring program quality assessments are conducted on a timely basis.Manage the interdependencies between all associated projects (issues, scope, staffing.)Plan, organize, and control the development of all deliverables.Ensures consistent execution of standards and best practices.Ensure consistent, accurate, and thorough program status is reported on a weekly basis.Ensure all program constituents are properly informed of their responsibilities in the development and delivery of key program deliverables.Execution of the program communication strategy.Responsible for identifying and communicating key issues, dependencies, and decisions across IT and the business to ensure the program remains on target.This position reports directly to the Vice President of IT Program Management. Position Requirements 7-10 years of information technology experience with increasing levels of management responsibility.Proven experience in managing projects at all stages of the systems development life cycle.
