This position will involve managing projects and client satisfaction; supervising technical staff; designing detention, storm water modeling/drainage, water distribution, sanitary sewage and site grading; analyzing earthwork; designing DOT and county highways; coordinating permit applications; writing new job proposals; invoicing; and attending and participating in public hearing presentations.
