Associates Retained Search Associates has been exclusively retained to conduct a search for a Director of Finance/Controller for a large, well-established social services non-profit agency serving the area. Requirements: 10 years accounting/fiscal management, 5+years as manager, heavy background managing program contracts, accounting, reporting and compliance of government funded entities (for-profit or non-profit), working knowledge of Circular A122 and OMB Circular A133, demonstrated success managing the daily operation of a large accounting department, including talent management, retention, and development of staff, CPA a strong preference, minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting / MBA a plus.
