Job Description:
This Dallas-based individual will provide leadership for the overall financial management associated with Client\'s growing portfolio of Mortgage Loan Servicing operations, pools of Mortgage Servicing Rights and mortgage originations capacity. The role will also contribute strategically to Client\'s planned construction of a centralized mortgage servicing infrastructure. Elements of the role will call for the incoming leader to: Work closely with firm\'s senior leadership and with newly recruited c suite\' peers charged with the mortgage investment purview Institutionalize a professional finance function including: accounting and finance, financial management, general management, and investment management. Professionally represent the organization to the street including analysts, ratings agencies, etc. Effectively balance role as organization\'s chief compliance officer while contributing as a creative, solutions-oriented, team player As appropriate: integrate, consolidate, create, improve, optimize or re-engineer all financial management systems and processes.
