JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest form of client service by consistently identifying opportunities to generate referrals while performing all teller transactions such as receipt, disbursement, and recording of monies while maintaining service standards and transaction responsibilities; ensures the operations of all Tellers and provides general supervision with emphasis on proper performance of duties; provides scheduling; assists tellers with policy and procedure. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and products - Thorough knowledge of teller operations - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) - Working knowledge of PC and 10 key - Excellent communication skills; ability to gain information from individuals/customers by asking appropriate questions - Excellent customer service skills and the ability to train and motivate others This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school and a minimum of 3-5 years teller operations experience and a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
