Job Description:
We are currently seeking part-time relief auditor for our 185-room, full-service Holiday Inn hotel. Opening is for 3 days per week, 11pm to 7am. Recently renovated, our property includes an indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, over 7500 sq ft of meeting space and a Malone’s Restaurant.
The Night Audit position will reconcile the business of the day for both the rooms and food & beverage functions, as well as provide guest service to our customers.

Job Requirements:
Duties include:

• Night Audit reporting and processing
• Check guests in and out
• Assign rooms and processing keys
• Greet and acknowledge all guests with a smile and warm personality
• Provide general information about the area
• Answer all incoming phone calls, transfer, and take messages when required
• Ability to address guests’ needs and opportunities and be a great problem-solver.

Previous Front Desk and/or Night Auditor experience preferred.
Schedule will vary. Must be able to work on weekends.
