Job Description: Ingle International is seeking friendly, energetic and adaptable full-time call centre representatives. We operate a high-end call centre offering premium customer care in the insurance, financial and healthcare industries. Duties would include customer service by phone, email and mail, and may also include special projects and opportunities to work with senior management on business development activities. We offer a challenging work environment, but also a friendly, fun and cooperative one.
Job Requirements: Required attributes: • Bilingual (English & French) • Computer- and internet-savvy • Able to learn quickly • Friendly and compassionate demeanour • Able to communicate effectively both in spoken and written contexts • Attention to detail
Useful, but not required: • Experience or education in insurance, financial or healthcare environments • High-end customer service experience • Knowledge of additional languages
