Qualified candidates must have a BS in Civil Engineering, or related field. Valid Michigan Professional Engineer License is required.This position also requires a minimum of 20 years of progressive experience completing public water and wastewater projects. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills. Job Description : Successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical engineering and planning teams working on public water and wastewater projects. Projects may include water treatment, distribution and pumping, wastewater treatment and collection. Planning studies may include master plans, feasibility studies, water and wastewater modeling studies, cost and financial studies. Successful candidate will report to the Business Line Leader and be responsible for business development, proposal preparation, client management and interface with multiple governmental agencies. Responsibilites will also include strategic planning, staff development and the support of Regional and National pursuits.
