Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager with 10+ years experience and is technically proficient in varying aspects of transportation civil engineering to build a The successful candidate will plan, schedule, conduct, and supervise/lead technical teams on several medium to large transportation projects. Position involves continuous client contact from the proposal stage to project completion; provides overall project direction to the project teams while providing information about the status of the project to others; plans and conducts work requiring high level of judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and modification of unconventional and complex techniques, procedures and criteria. Devises new approaches to problems encountered, while interpreting and applying the appropriate client codes and standards; accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of design activities; initiates or escalates the correction of conditions which may adversely affect the completion of the project on schedule and within budget; and, coordinates resources for projects. The ideal candidate shall have progressive experience in hands-on design/production and management of pre-design (Corridor studies and Project Assessment) plans and reports, and final design for highway and local roadways.
