Responsibilities will include: business development activities in the transportation group within the office, expanding the firm's role with existing clients, and developing new relationships with transportation-focused clients. Qualified candidates must have strong working relationship with the Arizona Department of Transportation districts and preferably with other regional municipalities. The successful candidate will represent with respect to a specific client assignment including go/no go decisions, contract negotiations, collections, proposal strategy, and all other matters involving the client relationship. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: # An undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license. # 15+ years experience working on progressively larger highway/roadway/bridge projects with greater responsibility
