Candidate must have utilities design experience including site development, drainage, grading, site utilities, erosion control, Job Description : Office is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Oakland Civil Design Group as a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to address the needs of growing facility services practice. Selected candidate will play a key role in a variety of utility infrastructure projects of ranging from City/County wide water system planning to design of water, sewer and storm drain pipelines. incorporates sustainable design concepts in our projects and encourages candidates to plan on being accredited in their area of expertise shortly after hire. As a project manager, the candidate will be responsible for business development, project management and technical oversight activities including, developing and maintaining pursuit list, preparing proposals, project cost estimates and schedules, project work plans, keeping projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating / scheduling project staff, and coordinating / participating in the preparation of technical reports documenting project activities, findings, and recommendations.
