Responsibilities: Develop and administer the and Construction Department budgets and schedules. Interpret and apply knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws, codes and regulations which implement established policies and procedures and to ensure compliance. Responsible for the overall safety of employees and subcontractors assigned to the D&D, Construction and Waste Disposal Operations departments. Coordinate the day-to-day interfaces and interactions to assure construction operations are well orchestrated. Required Education and Skills: Areas of Expertise: Facility Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Hoisting and Rigging, Cost Estimating, Radiological Concrete, Cleanup of Hazardous Soil Remediation, Lead Abatement, Craft Management, Budget Development and Decontamination Technology. Experience in the decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
