Job Description:

Responsibilities for the Firm Grants Manager include: Managing the financial component of the Firm National Direct Program: Ensure compliance and timely reporting to the Corporation for National and Community Service. Prepare financial reports to the Corporation for National and Community Service. Build and maintain procedures and systems that facilitate financial record keeping for the Firm National Direct Program and Mississippi Commission Firm grant. Managing the financial relationship with the YouthBuild affiliates that are Firm National Direct subgrantees: Provide technical assistance to Firm National Direct subgrantees and Mississippi Commission Firm grantees to improve their overall financial management of local YouthBuild programs. Review and approve each subgrantee\'s Firm operating budget. Review and approve each subgrantee\'s monthly Financial Status Reports. Provide telephone technical assistance to Firm National Direct subgrantees related to specific Corporation for National and Community Service funder requirements related to Firm reimbursement requests and procedures. Managing the programmatic aspects of 4-7 YouthBuild Firm programs. Provide on-site, telephone, and electronic technical assistance to Firm National Direct subgrantees related to program design, achievement of objectives, and required reporting to improve their overall program management and implementation of the Firm grant.
