Directly supervise and delegate work to the Volunteer Services Administrative Assistant, Volunteer Services NPRC members and office volunteers and ensure they receive appropriate communication, feedback and recognition; Provide leadership and direction to the Volunteer Managers team; In collaboration with program staff, provide meaningful and timely recognition of Chapter volunteers; Serve as a resource to Chapter staff and leadership volunteers in the effective use of volunteers; Act as key point of contact to develop pools of volunteers with outside organizations Act as spokesperson and advocate for promoting the Red Cross programs and services within the community. Requirements: ? A bachelor\'s degree in human services, communication or a related field is required;
