Job Description:
Responsible for the on-going care and maintenance of a new client 30 days after the application process.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Working closely with the NB1 Consultant, becomes responsible for the continued relationship with company.
2. Able to perform consultations as necessary.
3. Working closely with Stylists, training and motivating them to assist in educating clients on program benefits.
4. Having an eye toward a long term relationship with the client, determines the needs in an attempt to upgrade the program currently enjoyed. Achieves the minimum company benchmark conversion percentage. Will not fall below the 12% attrition standard, while meeting the program upgrade objective.
5. Maintains a unique client history, both personal and professional, on each client in order to better meet their particular wishes and strengthen the bond between each.
6. Implements a minimum of four seasonal promotions and mailers annually to drive his / her business.
7. Keeps Stylists updated in terms of appointments and specific concerns regarding the individual clients.
8. Completes contracts, including detailed financial terms, securing Center Manager approval.
9. Properly documents and processes refunds / cancellations within 24 hours of receiving notice.
10. Reviews and authorizes daily computer reports.
11. Ensures minimal hair system redos with hair inventory kept at company standards.
12. Ensures proper / timely ordering of hair systems for program clients.
13. Responsible for educating client on new hair types and benefits, new products, etc., and assists in the continuing education of clients in relation to long term benefits.
14. Achieves NB2 cash flow at company standard, while maintaining receivables at 10% or lower of total NB2 cash flow.
15. Ability to overcome objection of clients, who want to extract themselves from the program.
16. Capacity to save client by offering acceptable alternative solution (s).
17. Performs other reasonable related duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
• Senior matriculation in high school or higher education preferred.
• Singular capacity to build relationships with the capability to assimilate details.
• Superb selling acumen with ability to transfer skills to others.
• Strong knowledge of company products, procedures and timing.
• Comfortable with mathematics.
• Ability to quickly assess a problem, and determine a solution (e. g. putting the pieces of a puzzle together in one minute).

• Multi tasking as the situation demands.
