Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of proposals, technical reports, specifications and construction plans, recommending foundation systems, and must have had previous comprehensive field experience associated with subsurface investigations and foundation construction. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining billability, running projects, client billings, managing team performance and interacting with Associates and Principals within the firm. Requirements: Registered Civil Engineer license; Registered Geotechnical Engineer license; Registered Engineering Geologist (desired); M.S. degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical specialty; Possess 10 years of related experience; Demonstrated ability to work with staff and regulatory agencies; Demonstrated ability to develop clients and grow business; Availability to travel throughout Southwest and other areas as needed; Effectively manage projects from concept through completion; Strong leadership and decision-making skills; Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities; and, Excellent communication, interpersonal, report writing, and project management skills.
