Professional Engineer registration or eligibility 6-12 years general civil engineering experience, a minimum of 4 in design. 3 or more years of project management experience, including team leadership and responsibility for conformance to project schedules and budgets Candidate profile... Self-confident, motivated, positive and personable, entrepreneurial Extremely organized and self-directed Effective communicator with team members, clients and public agencies A proven staff leader and mentor Strong client service and client retention focus Skills and expertise... Ability to design and manage land development and municipal projects Expertise in site development, subdivision, municipal engineering and/or transportation required; infrastructure studies or aggregate mining a plus Good judgment and proven ability to make design and project-related decisions Ability to supervise engineering and design staff Very strong project management skills supervising multiple projects Fiscal and organizational skills, ability to outline fee and scope and to bring projects in on time and under budget Ability to attract, manage, and to retain, coach and develop staff Good written and verbal communication skills Function... Responsible for project plans, budgets, and staff Duties will include... o Managing key clients and projects o Involvement in the creative design process o Directing teams to ensure projects are coordinated efficiently, effectively and profitably o Training and coaching staff Reporting relationship....
